You can email us at help@nestgens.com from your registered email address or follow the steps given below to close your account and data with Nest, the account will be closed in 24 hours after placing the request
Steps to close the account through the app:
- Select the 'chat icon' on the top right of the Nest app landing page.
- Click on 'App Settings' on the chat screen.
- Click on 'Others' and select the appropriate closure option.
- Your account will be deleted after performing the necessary checks, after 24 hours.
