We're sorry to see you go! If you're looking to delete your Nest account and remove your personal data, you can do so easily through the app, web portal, or by contacting our support team. Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions to help you complete the process.
âś… Before You Begin
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted.
- You will not be able to reactivate your account or create a new one using the same details.
- Any pending dues, refunds, or verifications must be resolved before your request is processed.
đź“§ Option 1: Request via Email
Send an email to: help@nestgens.com
- Use your registered email address.
- Mention “Account Closure” in the subject line.
- Include your name and contact number & reason for closure.
⏱️ Processing Time: Your request will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
📱 Option 2: Request Through the Nest App
- Open the Nest app.
- Tap the chat icon on the top-right corner of the home screen.
- In the chat window, select App Settings.
- Tap Others and choose the Account Closure option.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
🛡️ Note: Your account will be closed within 24 hours after verification.
đź’» Option 3: Request Through the Web Portal
- Go to: https://www.nestgens.com
- Log in using your registered email address.
- If you forgot your password, reset it from the same page.
- Fill out the support request form.
- Select “Account Closure” in the dropdown menu.
- Submit the form.
🧾 Confirmation: You’ll receive confirmation by email once your request is complete.

- All personal data, transaction history, and preferences will be deleted from our systems.
- We only retain minimal data required for legal/regulatory compliance (e.g., audit logs).
