These Nest Disclaimers (“Policy”) are a part of the Nest Terms and Conditions (“Nest T&C”) and are to be read in conjunction with them. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Nest T&C.
This Policy governs all activities, transactions, and interactions with Nest by customers, visitors, and partners. Nest reserves the right to revise or update this Policy without prior notice, and we encourage users to regularly review the Platform for any updates.

1.2 Nest does not guarantee that its services are error-free or that access to the Platform will always be uninterrupted. We do not warrant any outcomes based on the use of our services. Nest disclaims all liability arising from the use or misuse of the Platform.
1.3 Nest retains full rights to restrict or suspend a user's access in cases of misuse, breach of the Nest T&C, feedback from financial partners, or any activity deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
1.4 Nest provides services in compliance with applicable Indian laws. In the event of regulatory directives or government interventions, Nest may modify, suspend, or terminate services without notice.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1 Nest shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims incurred by users as a result of their interactions with the Platform. This includes but is not limited to issues arising from data sharing, service failures, or technical malfunctions. Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
2.2 Nest is not responsible for any viruses or security threats that may affect the user’s device resulting from usage or downloads from the Platform. Users are advised to ensure appropriate security on their devices.
2.3 Nest’s Platform may include hyperlinks or integrations with third-party websites or services. Nest is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party platforms and disclaims any liability from user engagement with such platforms.
2.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Nest, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), shall not exceed â‚ą1 (Rupee One Only) in aggregate.
